Colorado Xeriscape provides xeriscape design consultation, rebate program navigation, application assistance, and installation coordination for residential properties in the Denver metropolitan area. Specific services and pricing are confirmed in writing prior to any project beginning.

Rebate estimates provided through our website, Plan My Project tool, or direct consultation are based on publicly available program information and are for planning purposes only. They do not constitute a guarantee of rebate approval or payment.

Rebate programs are administered by city utilities and third-party organizations. Colorado Xeriscape has no control over program funding levels, eligibility decisions, application windows, or program availability. Programs may close, change rates, or suspend applications without notice.

You are responsible for confirming current program terms directly with your utility provider before committing to a project.

Our “No Rebate Lost Guarantee” applies solely to rebate denials caused by errors in documentation or application submissions prepared by Colorado Xeriscape. It does not apply to denials caused by exhausted program funds, changes in program eligibility rules, property-specific ineligibility, or factors outside our control.

Colorado Xeriscape coordinates with licensed, vetted contractors but does not directly employ installation crews. The contractual relationship for installation work is between you and the contractor. Colorado Xeriscape is not liable for contractor workmanship, delays, or disputes arising from the installation agreement.

The Plan My Project map tool provides estimates based on user-drawn polygon areas and publicly available rebate rates. Calculated square footage and rebate estimates are approximations. Actual eligible square footage is determined by physical site inspection and program administrator review.

You may not use our website or tools for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could harm, disable, or impair our services.

All content on coloradoxeriscape.com, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Colorado Xeriscape LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Colorado Xeriscape shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, tools, or services, including lost rebate payments due to program changes or ineligibility determinations.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Colorado Xeriscape in connection with the specific project giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County or Arapahoe County, Colorado.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
