• Name, email address, and phone number submitted through our estimate or contact form
• Property address and estimated lawn size
• HOA status and project preferences you choose to share
• Photos of your yard that you upload through the Plan My Project tool

We also collect limited technical data automatically when you visit our site, such as your browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. This data is collected in aggregate and is not linked to your identity.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your estimate request and communicate about your project
• Verify your eligibility for city rebate programs
• Coordinate site visits, contractor scheduling, and rebate paperwork
• Send project updates and rebate-related communications
• Improve our website and services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Our Plan My Project tool uses the Google Maps JavaScript API to display satellite imagery and estimate yard dimensions. When you use this tool, your browser communicates with Google’s servers. Google’s use of that data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

We do not store any map coordinates, drawn polygons, or satellite imagery on our servers. All map interactions happen in your browser.

Photos uploaded through the Plan My Project tool are processed entirely in your browser using the FileReader API. They are never transmitted to or stored on our servers unless you explicitly submit them as part of an estimate request.

We retain estimate inquiry data for up to 24 months in order to follow up on projects and track rebate program changes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@coloradoxeriscape.com.

Our site uses minimal, functional cookies only. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
