Highlands Ranch Water's Turf Replacement Program offers competitive per-square-foot rebates for homeowners converting irrigated turf to either native ColoradoScape plantings or low-water grass alternatives. The program includes two recommended planting windows to set your new landscape up for success in Colorado's climate.

Requirements
- Residential customers only; one rebate per customer per season
- Minimum 250 sq ft; maximum 2,000 sq ft eligible per season
- Area must contain at least 50% healthy, irrigated turf
- HRCA or Solstice SACC design approval required before applying
- Irrigation in converted area must be removed or redesigned
- Work must be complete by November 1 of the application year
Application Process
- 01Obtain HRCA/SACC design approval for your new landscape plan
- 02Submit online application between March 1 and October 1
- 03Schedule initial site inspection with program administrator
- 04Complete the landscape conversion
- 05Pass final inspection and receive your rebate
