Parker Water & Sanitation District partners with Resource Central to provide homeowners with a turf removal discount toward professional turf removal services, plus additional discounts on water-wise Garden In A Box kits. Applied toward professional lawn removal services via Resource Central

Requirements
- Current PWSD customer in good standing (property owners only)
- Project area must be at least 200 sq ft
- Minimum 50% waterwise plant replacement required
- HOA approval required if applicable
- Sprinkler system must be adjusted for low-water use after conversion

- 03Schedule professional removal service OR plan DIY removal
- 04Install water-wise replacement landscape
