With two application windows per year and phased projects allowed, it's designed to be accessible for homeowners of any budget.

Requirements
- Minimum 500 sq ft of eligible irrigated turf area required
- Existing irrigated, well-maintained grass (barren or weedy areas do not qualify)
- Aurora Water pre-approval required before any work begins
- Rebates are not retroactive. Apply before any work begins.
- Phased projects allowed over multiple years
- Rebates of $600+ are taxable. W-9 form required at application.
